Time between Parsings
Clicking the Time between log parsings link on the Options tab brings
up the following screen. The time between parsings setting determines how frequently the
SurfStatsLive Merging Service will scan log files and update the profile databases.
Depending on how busy the server is adjust this setting as required and click the Submit link.
This value can also be set from the SurfStatsLive Merge Monitor Application. Please refer to the
SurfStatsLive Setup and Administration Guide for more detail.
Please note that you need to restart the SurfStatsLive Merging Service for this setting to take
effect.
